“The nicest place to be is in some one’s thoughts and the safest place is to be in some one’s prayers”.
Yes dear students of XII, today is indeed a red letter day as you all bid farewell to your alma mater, where you have spent the ever green years of your life. It is here you began your life as an innocent, cheerful and wonderful child. And today you have bloomed into pretty and grace filled young ladies waiting to plunge into the world. God had been blessing you all with His infinite love and mercy, and kept you safe and secure in His loving hands. He kept carving your names on the palm of His hand – just because you are His master pieces.
Dear students, remember you are created to succeed, designed to win, equipped to overcome, anointed to prosper, and blessed to become a blessing to your homes, to your school, and to the society where you live.
If you just look around the world and for eg. let’s just look at the sea…. and what’s special about it ? Of course the waves…….and what does it tell you ?
The waves are inspiring not because they rise and fall ……but because they never fail to rise again. It is the same with your life too. Difficulties might appear, you will meet obstacles on your way. Never be discouraged or defeated. Rise above your difficulties and conquer it with self confidence, courage and conviction.
Bill Gates said once. If you born poor, its not your mistakes. But if you die poor, its your mistakes. God has given you all this beautiful life, so that you might work hard to make “the best” out of it. And in this process, if you want to be successful in your life, be reminded of this.
You are born not to be within the four walls of a room. You are born to stand out, and to make a difference where you are.
Look back and get experience. Look forward and see hope. Look around and find reality. Look within and find confidence.
As you bid farewell, May God bless you with the riches of His grace, with the treasures of His love, with the comfort of His mercies, with the strength of His presence And with the touch of His care.
May God bless you!
